") Pioniere der ersten Stunden, geht im Kampf gegen die Corona Pandemie mit guten Beispiel voran und hat die Produktion auf der schwäbischen Alb auf Gesichtsmasken umgestellt. In dem Familienunternehmen auf der schwäbischen Alb werden unter dem Namen „mesh-protect“ zur Zeit täglich mehrere Tausend äußerst nachhaltige und qualitativ hochwertige Masken produziert. Durch die GOTS Zertifizierung ist sichergestellt, dass keine gesundheitsschädlichen Chemikalien auf der Haut landen. Aber auch hier geht es nicht nur um die Gesundheit der Träger, sondern weit darüber hinaus. 100% Biofasern werden ohne Pestizide angebaut und schützen außerdem das Klima, da der Anbau CO2 im Boden bindet. In der weiteren Verarbeitung gelten strenge Umwelt und Sozialkriterien. Auch die Wiederverwendung ist gewährleistet, da die Maske zu 90% waschbar ist. „Wir freuen uns sehr über diesen verantwortungsvollen Beitrag zur Eindämmung der aktuellen Corona Krise. 'Organic' is a regulated term used to distinguish systems of managed production and products derived therefrom that adhere to principles of health, ecology, fairness and care, and which are certified compliant to an organic standard's regulations by an Approved Certification Body.
GOTS defines organic textiles as being made with fibres from organic agriculture systems that are certified to one of the IFOAM Family of Standards, and that are processed in socially and ecologically responsible ways, in alignment with organic principles.

Zentrale Bestimmungen beinhalten das Verbot von gentechnisch veränderten Organismen (GVO), von hochgefährlichen Chemikalien (wie krebserregende Azofarbstoffe und Formaldehyd) sowie Kinderarbeit, und die Anforderung nach strikten Abwasserbehandlungspraktiken und sozialverantwortlichem Management.
